2. Warranty Period

  • We offer an unconditional warranty period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

3. Natural Characteristics of Freshwater Pearls

  • Freshwater pearls may exhibit natural imperfections such as pits or lines.
  • These are inherent features and not considered defects.
  • If you are sensitive to these characteristics, please purchase with caution.

4. Lost Parcel Claims

  • For lost parcels, compensation will be provided upon submission of valid proof.
  • For international customers, if the tracking status shows “delivered” but the parcel is not received, customers must obtain a proof of non-delivery from their local post office.

5. Returns or Exchanges Between 30 Days and 2 Years

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days to 2 years of purchase.
  • A restocking fee of 30% of the original product price will apply.
