2. Warranty Period
- We offer an unconditional warranty period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Natural Characteristics of Freshwater Pearls
- Freshwater pearls may exhibit natural imperfections such as pits or lines.
- These are inherent features and not considered defects.
- If you are sensitive to these characteristics, please purchase with caution.
4. Lost Parcel Claims
- For lost parcels, compensation will be provided upon submission of valid proof.
- For international customers, if the tracking status shows “delivered” but the parcel is not received, customers must obtain a proof of non-delivery from their local post office.
5. Returns or Exchanges Between 30 Days and 2 Years
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days to 2 years of purchase.
- A restocking fee of 30% of the original product price will apply.
